They are well versed in planning, programming, managing and administering projects under both ROTR and disruptive possession opportunities. Our senior managers are supported by a dedicated administrative, operations, possession planning and procurement team who have equal understanding and experience of rail, civil engineering and construction projects.

The company employs a skilled workforce, who are experienced in the maintenance and renewal of all civil and building assets on Network Rail Managed Infrastructure, with particular emphasis on station platform refurbishment and new build. All personnel hold a PTS and a CSCS accreditation as a minimum, and our Site Supervisors hold the 5-day CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme certification, as standard.
